
Some of the things I'll need
to know before we move
on when buying the note...
- Where the property is located.
- Condition of the peoperty.
- Is it a rental vs a homeowner property. Need to know about the landlord.
- Seasoned, meaning, have they been on time with payments. And, the window of time in the amortization schedule.
- The year the property was built.
- Have there been any changes on the building and were there building permits, what were the upgrades, etc.
- Are there deed restrictions.
- What are the note restrictions.
- Zoning restrictions.
- How is the HOA doing if its in a HOA.
These are just some of the
things I need to know.
